Spring Black Bear Hunting In Northern Manitoba.
Clients can expect a team of guides to put them right where they need to be. Our hunts take place over 7 days during the first full week of June. Clients have the option to hunt with archery equipment, slug shotgun, muzzleloader or rifle. As well as the option of hunting from a natural ground blind or a tree stand. Distances from the station will vary. Typically archery hunters will be placed 15-30 yards away, firearm hunters may opt for a further distance. A minimum of three stations will be available per client, however, clients are not limited to only 3 stations.
Our hunting allocation is smack dab in some of the best bear habitats Manitoba has to offer. Thick woods, lakes and boggy marshes create the perfect environment for a healthy bear population.
Our goal is to ensure our clients have the opportunity to pursue a mature bear.
All of our stations are equipped with trail cameras to assist our hunters in pursuing the type of bear they desire. Each station will be fitted with a ladder stand. We also offer brushed-in ground blinds at each location. Stations are orientated to provide hunters with a broadside or quartering away position. Hunts take place during the peak of the rut so clients are often surprised by new bears at any station that even we were not aware of.
Once successful, our team will take care of preparing your trophy for your taxidermist.
